We all need some fat in our life – the good kind that is. Be sure your diet incorporates moderate amounts of healthy fats, such as olive oil, nuts, and fatty fish.

Even pure dark chocolate contains healthy monounsaturated fats in addition to antioxidants. A little can go a long way. Join us in the cafe for a tasting event featuring several types of chocolate, with different amounts of cacao in each. We’ll even have a recipe handout for some ideas on incorporating chocolate, and other heart-healthy fats into your diet.
