Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Sauce

Join us as we welcome Farm to Fork vendor, Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Sauce!
They will be onsite sampling their two flavors of hot pepper sauce – the hot sauces will also be available for purchase. After their visit, we will continue to sell their product in the West Tower Cafe retail area, near the a la minute station.
In 1994, Palo Alto Firefighter Lee Taylor started bottling hot sauce that he made from his chili peppers he grew behind the fire station. Although in the beginning the hot sauce was only enjoyed by his fellow firefighters, in 2005 Lee started commercially bottling his original recipe to great success.
To increase his impact in the community, Lee decided to donate all profits from the sale of Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Sauce to charity. The proceeds benefit a number of local causes, including annual scholarships for graduating high school students.
Also, Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Sauce has such a great taste that it makes a perfect match for just about anything! Make sure to stop by the cafe and try it for yourself!
