Chef Bobby's summer BBQ series on the West Tower patio is back! Join us on Thursday, June 12 during lunch for a Mexican themed BBQ menu!

Did you know the largest catfish on record comes from Thailand, and weighed 646 pounds? It's catfish day in the West Tower café! We will be featuring a Cajun catfish at the char broiler station and will have some healthy take-home recipe cards available.

Join us for a wild game barbecue! To celebrate bison month, we will kick off July with house-made bison burgers and more! Our menu will include your choice of a bison burger, elk, wild boar, or pheasant sausage; all served with a variety of sides. See the daily café menu for more details.
